Shipping policy

Free US shipping on orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $5.

Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email as soon as it ships.

Delivery
All Pawth to Wellness products ship from warehouses in the United States. Most orders arrive within 7 to 15 business days of shipping. If an item in your order is delayed, we will email you with an updated estimate.

Tracking
Track your package any time using the link in your shipping confirmation email. If tracking has not updated in 5 business days, contact us and we will look into it right away.

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. We are not able to deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, email us at pawthtowellness@gmail.com within 7 days and we will send a replacement or a full refund.
