Really nice cat tree. Several great sleeping spots and interesting levels. The foot print is compact so it's perfect for small spaces. The instructions were in the form of a glossy paged full size booklet with large easy to read picture/diagram. It arrived in original box with no damage. Within all the parts were packaged in a plastic bag with the screws in their own little bag. The cubby spot was a little confusing to assemble because there are 2 sets of holes in the back corners and at first i was trying to screw the support pillar in the wrong hole which put them at an angle until i located the correct screw spot and fixed it. The cat is very happy with the new tree. I put it on top of a plastic storage tub (using the anti-fall anchor) Perfect choice for tight spaces and the kitty who loves to lounge and play.
This is a sturdy cat tree the cat loves getting on top of it and looking out the window definitely going to recommend these products to my friends
