Some of the hanging bars came bent. i suspect it was damaged in transit. the bending seems likely due to the metal not being particularly thick. it probably doesnt need to be, since the overall weight would be way higher otherwise. that said the internal padding for shipping probably needs to be more substantial to avoid damage in transit.
